They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in.   I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is very secure building and excellent value for money. David was very helpful to welcome us and arrange everything we needed. Metro is around 10-15 minutes walk but convenience stores like 'Family Mart' (which I believe is 24H) is just close by. There is also plenty choice of local restaurants. Definitely recommended for price and location. - The location is OK - Nanjing West Road metro station is around 10 minutes walk. The apartment is OK if you do not need much assistance because there is no reception/nobody to help you. Otherwise the room is modern & nice. The view from the roof is super (the house has 29 floors).
