  Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in.   An amazing find for a first time traveller to Shanghai. I was especially impressed by the staff, specifically Paul, at the front desk. I saw him taking "ownership" of a problem with another guest and solved it with a smile. He is a professional and a great asset to Dorsett.

The taxi guide is very helpful as you can just show your location to the driver.
