  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice.   I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay.
