  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay. Close to metro stations and the surroundings are really pleasant for a walk, to dine out or to buy anything you may need. Great staff too. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

  This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice.   I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible. Next time I visit Santiago, for sure i'll stay again at - I was unable to attend with group but the group reported to me they received excellent concierge services from David, transports from the ship to hotel and airport, directions to sites and excursions and great overall experience. They would strongly recommend The hotel to others. Comments were from Ms. Greta Russell group coordinator.

  I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay.
