Everything about the hotel was fantastic. After a hard trip in the Galapagos, we enjoyed the hotel and room so much, the staff we worried as we didn't emerge from our room until late! Rooms, facilities, bars, service, breakfast - 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely everything! Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly and were very knowledgeable regarding sightseeing, museums, restaurants etc. in Santiago and surrounding areas. The staff were the best hat we have encountered during our tour of South
America. Both the day + night shift knew their business and looked after
us very well. Breakfast was superb and I loved the fresh strawberry
juice! The location itself proved a good choice. It is the other side of
the river from the centre, but it is only a short 10/12 minute walk.
The street is quiet, but it is only a 10 minute stroll to the heart of
bellavista for the nightlife and restaurants. Mega comfy bed.

A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy
check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes.
