  Friendly and relaxed with no city noise for a city hotel. Beautiful grounds to walk around and sit in. Easy access to taxis and shopping grounds. We were there for 12 nights and will use it again next time we go to Santiago. - This place was an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The huge gardens were so relaxing after a day of exploring.   We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy.   The hotel had free shuttle from airport and back to airport. It also has complimentary breakfast, which was good for me. Accommodations were good and comfortable. I had a very good night's rest which left me refreshed. There are a number of facilities available within the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if staying overnight to make a connection. - The location from the airport is excellent and costs half of what the hotel at the airport does. It's exactly 5 minutes by car and the transfer is free. The room was large and comfortable with two big beds. The business centre even allows free printing, something I haven't seen before. The staff were accommodating and flexible with check-out ( normal check-out is at noon, which is already generous).
