  i arrived late at night after a long flight from Europe and my luggage was delayed. The airline found it and promised to send it the next day. Two days later it still hadn't arrived and I was going elsewhere for a few days before returning to TGIB&B. Stay there and it's very well located. Don't be put off by the neighbourhood and the disad - The Inn was warm and welcoming, with a historic charm. The 3rd floor room was beautiful, unique, and cozy. Noise from other guests did not travel easily, which I appreciated. The Inn Keeper was quiet but kind and thoughtful. The location was just east of downtown, a little off-the-beaten-path, which I enjoyed. The street was lined with beautiful homes. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would be happy to return.

  The owner is incredibly kind and friendly. A fantastic breakfast was cooked fresh with organic cereals made by the host. There is a puppy on premises (a mini poodle) but this made the stay more pleasant for me. The host is great company during breakfast (I travelled solo) and was a great resource for sight seeing.   We stayed at the Inverness High Park B&B on our honeymoon, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Elizabeth is a very kind, welcoming, and courteous host. Her breakfasts are healthy, delicious, and filling. We stayed in the deluxe queen room with private bathroom and loved the atmosphere of the room. This was our first stay at the B&B and - The hostess, Elizabeth, is what makes this place so amazing. Friendly and ever helpful. And she creates the best breakfast (and a nutritious one too). Beds were perfect; I usually get backpain when sleeping in a bed that is not mine. Not here: firm bed yet not hard. It's a nice and quiet neighbourhood. If I'm going back to Toronto, I will definitely stay here; there is simply no competition.
