  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   Good location from YVR. Not too noisy despite proximity of highway. Great amenities. Boarding pass machine in lobby. Excellent staff. Allowed us to store our luggage there for 4 days even after we checked out. Efficient shuttle service. - The staff was very friendly and helpful.   We came in off season as to us it would be too busy in high season. We were upgraded to a lovely 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for the price!! I liked being able to walk everywhere as my husband needs a wheelchair for long walks. It is close to the border to slip over for a few hours. It was VERY quiet and peaceful which made it even more ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » relaxing. It likely would not be in the summer months. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Close to golfing and wineries. - The view of the lake and the vineyards across the lake was fantastic. Loved the morning sun coming over the mountains. Having a full kitchen and two baths was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable. Having a dining room/bar was a nice feature. We came for the FOG and enjoyed our stay at the Resort very much. The lobby is fantastic as well. Super staff. Very relaxing. Loved the town.
