  The place was clean, tidy and very well organised. The staff were extremely accommodating and could not have done enough to help you ie the manager drove us to a pickup point for us to join our ski trip at 0700hrs in the morning as we had a lot of luggage. This was all part of the service according to him and he did it with a smile. Would have lov... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ed to stay longer as the Hostel had a real nice feel about it. - The owners Gerald and Abbie live in the hostel and take extra care to keep a high standard of comfort, care and extra service. I prefer them over anything more ritzy but where the owner is never on site so you are neglected or just a number.

  Geoffrey, who runs Alpine Lodge made sure all my needs were met and made my first time staying there comfortable. He even found me some breakfast even though I had slept past the regular meal time. The place was gorgeous, and I am very glad I chose this while attending a wedding over the weekend. Awesome hot tub and upstairs lounge. It was honestly better than any of the whistler hotel experiences I've had in the past. - The staff and owner are lovely friendly people, the building is gorgeous and was built by the owner. Beds are comfy, facilities are good and its warm. You probably won't find anything thats that good for the money anywhere else in Whistler. I met some really cool people staying there and had a lot of fun with them on the mountain too. All in all the best hostel I have stayed in and I will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.
