  The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in, and someone was there, as promised, to get us settled in with everything we may need. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had our very own kitchen, washer, fireplace, hdtv w/ dvd player and small balcony opening up to the city of Vancouver.   We had a two night stay in the Garden Chalet and it was truly amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable and clean, with a lovely hot tub and beautiful mountain views. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada.
