Even though we got in quite late at night there was didn't seem to be an issue and we were able to get a great sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great and there were a wide variety of options to choose from while enjoying the wonderful view of Kelowna. We would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed chatting with Alan and the Eggs Benedict one morning, poached eggs and bacon the next, he cooked us for breakfast. Fruit and cereal as well as fresh coffee were on hand. After driving for two days we enjoyed a relaxing sauna and slept peacefully in a thoughtfully presented, clean room with tasteful, interesting decor, beautiful view and luxuriously comfortable bed.

Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. One thing we didn't get a chance to take advantage of on this last trip was the complimentary bike, canoe, or kayak rentals available. The shuttle bus service they offered was amazing and so useful. Thanks so much for that. The room was brilliant, really high quality finish. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
