CedarHouse Chalet is an amazing place to take time out and just relax and the views are spectacular. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada. amenities were a bit scaled back. Great rooms and hotel staff was great.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable.There was a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. It also had a washer and dryer. The hotel is also very close to shopping and downtown Kelowna.

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us. We look forward to many more stays. -
