We enjoyed the room, food and the courteous staff. We found the location to be central to everything we wanted to do. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing. The service from every member of the staff was more than adequate. -

Good location, although not quite downtown Vancouver, but only a 20
minute stroll to Canada Place. $8 taxi ride. The hotel itself is well
appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared
to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle,
fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds
were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

Wow what a fabulous place. I couldn't believe how big our suite was, more like an apartment.We had a full kitchen as well. The seating area was really comfortable and we had views over the harbour. The Himwitsa Lodge is a beautiful place to stay. The room was first class. It was very clean and comfortable with lovely decor and furniture and outstanding views across the Pacific ocean. The staff and proprietors were lovely, kind and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Himwitsa Lodge. Tofino is a lovely unspoilt place and we hope it remains so. Being from England, we didn't even mind the heavy rain.

The staffs are very friendly! There's a microwave in the room that we use for warming water. The location is around 7 mins by driving to the ferry port before so we can reach there easily before continue our traveling to Victoria by ferry. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. While travelling with our dog, I suffered a fractured ankle and ended up on crutches and in an air cast. Everyone from front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast service staff were very accommodating. Great service and such genuine offers to help from everyone.
