I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

Very nice place, pretty quaint, comfortable bed, great sized shower, friendly staff, very clean, huge balcony with nice chairs and a table, flat screen TVs, nice little kitchen that has everything you would need. We had two rooms, both were excellent. The rooms were a good size with a good seating area and well equipped kitchen area, as well as the expected bed and bathroom. The small balcony was a nice addition. The room was clean and comfortable. Although well out of the village centre the free shuttle bus made the location inconsequential. The price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. They had a free breakfast included with your stay which included scrambled eggs, back bacon, cold and hot cereals, toast & English muffins and more.
We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean. We would definatly recommend this place.

Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

Our room was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff were most polite and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After traveling for close to two weeks it was nice to have guest laundry which was accessible and clean. they even offered to provide the laundry soap.
