  The bed was fantastic. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. Even stayed and slept in as late as I could. Room was spacious and fairly quiet. Ice & pop machines were just a few doors down hall from the room - I always get the best possible sleep at the Inn. It feels comfortable, familiar and inviting.   We checked in late and traveled all day from Seattle. We had to change travel plans due to time so we decided to stay 2 nights but our decision was last minute. Erin at the front desk was so professional , outgoing and just had this can do attitude! It was so refreshing and considering we have never been to Canada it started off good!   A 3-floor hotel in the Downtown, just two blocks from the Skyline, within a walking distance to pretty everything in the centre. As many others have mentioned, construction works are going on on the two sides of the hotel but I did not find them extremely noisy or disturbing. Breakfast is quite simple but sufficient. There is a computer and a printer tha - Location, Location, Location to downtown Vancouver, near Skytrains. Price is reasonable for a "boutique" hotel, given very convenient downtown location. The wifi is good, and password is not device limited (an otherwise pain at some other hotels which require you to ask for separate passwords for cell, laptop, tablet, ,,, and limit you to two). You should bring multiple plug extension with you. Breakfast lady is nice.

  We left out dog in our hotel room and went for dinner. She managed to get out of the room. Staff was amazing about helping us locate her, which we did. In fact, they went above and beyond their duties.   Everyobe there was so fantastic. They were helpful with direction and suggestions and anything else we needed. I was there on a oa trip with y boyfriend for my birthday and got an upgraded room. I overlooked the parking lot from the fifth floor but you could see te waiting mountins and a lake not too far off. The area was sketchy being near Chinat... mitä ihmiset sanovat » own and I was a bit worried about it. But the helpfullness of the staff, especially van at the front desk, made me decide to stay. They showed us ways - I liked basically everything about the Patricia. It is so close to downtown and Chinatown, there is great coffee and food to be found in and around the inn. The rooms were great!! Great views and the staff were lovely. Some people feel a little uncomfortable about the location, but my 5 year old and I didn't feel worried once. The people on the streets are just doing their thing, no need to worry about them. I will absolutely go there again when I'm next in vancouver.
