  We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms, 2 couples. We liked the convenience of the underground walkway, especially for pool use! The woman at the front desk around noon on thurs Sept 5 was exceptional. Great customer service! We asked for an Italian restaurant and she recommended Sirencella. Loved it! Thank you so much! - Nice room.   Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. We ate dinner at the Redwater Grill inside the hotel, service was exc... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ellent, food delicious, we highly recommend this hotel. - Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

  We felt very accomodated. We liked the fact that we were given the choice of reusing our towels and bedding...such a waste of time and resources to do otherwise. We had a number of questions/requests after the first day of our stay and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable! Even though at first I was concerned as our rooms weren't ready the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made any such problem disappear.
