  This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ).   good location, friendly staff and good service by check in and check out. I recommend to book a room with double bed - bigger in size and the beds are more comfortable in comparison to those of the twin rooms. - English speaking staff friendly and helpful. Close to Metro stop. Nice garden area. Very clean.

  We booked two apartments for our holiday and both times we were very happy and satisfied with the accomodation and the personell. The staff is friendly and provided us with loads of helpful information regarding the city and the neighbourhood. Everything we needed - supermarkets, subway stations, places to eat, etc, was within walking distance. What was very imp - The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.

Конечно, волновались чуть-чуть, потому что отель все-таки 2 звезды и отзывы, конечно, не все были очень хорошими. Когда приехали на место сразу нашли парковочное место сзади блока 16 жилого дома. The service was excellent and always caring for the wellness of the guest. The best staff I have ever found in Sofia in all my visits from hotels and hostels. The location is perfect because there are many stores and mall of Sofia very near.
