  Arte has absolutely lovely people and I was given a great smoking room at a very reasonable rate. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help. I will return to Arte and would recomend it to anyone looking for a central location in Sofia - The hotel is very charming and all in good taste and artistic.
