The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and
comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small
space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, central and easily accessible location. but most of all... the design. The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself.

The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.
