  We couldn't get out of bed and our room because it was soooo comfortable! The bed was a king size and hotel grade. We had a TV, kitchen, huge bathroom (the shower looked like a time travel machine), windows, utensils/plate etc, microwave, aircon... Close to restaurants and other facilities. Beautiful decoration, very clean and fresh. Exactly like on the website of letsbookhotel.com Neighbourhood, we loved it, some may hate it.   One of the best b&b's I have ever visited! Really cool interiors, interesting design which managed to be cosy and welcoming as well as distinctively edgy, the room was spacious, modern and very very VERY clean, comfy bed, lovely breakfast served in a nice communal area.. I'd definitely recommend urban rooms to all tho - I had a great stay and the accommodation is super clean and offers a very individual, nice interieur. I saw the owner Julie only shortly once and she welcomed me very warmly. Definitely a good place to stay in a good location

  Excellent service, everyone working there was so kind and always with a smile, ready to assist you. The room (America) was super, the bathroom was "wow"! I never thought that for that price we would get such comfort and such great treatment!   B&B Vincent V was decorated with impeccable taste, felt more like someone's home than a hotel. It was also spotlessly clean, the bedding was extremely comfortable/good quality. The owners were friendly and as a bonus guests are served breakfast at the posh tea room they own across the street.   Great room, comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Double bath!! Parking was conveniently situated. Breakfast was spent talking to other guests, very pleasant. We found it easy to walk around and quickly found the way to the Grand Place. Very friendly staff, vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants but once inside, an Oasis of calm.   Very nice situation, in the middle of the African quarter and close to both Louise and the European quarter. Well-furnished; not too much, not too little. Very comfy bed.   Very comfortable, cool design, great layout, lots of room, direct access to garden, breakfast was simple and high quality. 5 min walk to metro means access very good. I will definitely use it again. Also the cost was very reasonable (in Brussels terms). The build is also very anonymous - and understated (which I like). In a very good location to where I needed to be next morning and the Enoteca da Valentino restaurant around the corner at the end of the road was excellent for dinner. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and with free wifi. Breakfast was good to. So all in all a great choice for the money.
