  The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station.   Very good stay. The friendly attitude of the members of staff and the homely envinroment over shadows the intial few complaints we had.
