  Carin is a very nice host. I liked the warm welcome, decoration of the house (all these tiny details you see and say "wow"), breakfasts, calm atmosphere, amenities (toiletries, tea, all you can think of). There are two cats in the house too. :) Location was ideal for my goals. - the room itself was quite spacious and nicely decorated.   This is an incredible place to stay in Brussels. There is only one room for rent here, but what a room. It is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. This is an extra-large 2-room suite that is exquisitely decorated. The bathroom has a tub and a separate walk-in shower. Toiletries are provided. There is also a Nesspresso machine and refrigerator. The suite is locate - Beautiful property, the decoration inside was stylish and tastefully done and the amount of space was ample. The breakfast was cooked to order and delivered on a tray to my room. The spacious lounge gave me room to work and relax whilst the bed was really comfy with lots of scatter cushions and a TV for entertainment. The location was nice and quiet and I felt secure as there was a police station next door. A ten minute walk away and there were numerous restaurants and bars and the park nearby

Felt like I was a guest at someone's home, and the experience of staying in this type of place was new and memorable. Very quick and strong free wifi. Breakfast is cheaper to go out and find yourself. Booked a twin and got a room with 3 singles for same price. Had a balcony too. Very clean. Easy to hop on the tram outside the hotel and be in the old city centre in a few minutes. Many arabic restuarants nearby with delicious food at very cheap prices.
