  Very friendly and helpful staff. Indeed, a value-for-money hotel with basic though nicely served breakfast, comfy double beds, clean rooms. Excellently located close to the EC and NATO institutions. Good connection with central Brussels. Breakfast was included. The restaurant was closed during our stay but we found a few restaurants nearby. Great value for the one night.   Very good stay. The friendly attitude of the members of staff and the homely envinroment over shadows the intial few complaints we had. Please keep it up as we will be glad to stay with you at the earliest opportunity. All the best. - It was really close to the train station and it was pretty cheap comparing to the other hotels

Very quick and strong free wifi. Breakfast is cheaper to go out and find yourself. Staff spoke enough English for us all to get by, but don't speak too quickly or use large words. :-) all up a great hotel. Would most - The rooms were very big. Booked a twin and got a room with 3 singles for same price. Had a balcony too. Very clean. Easy to hop on the tram outside the hotel and be in the old city centre in a few minutes. Many arabic restuarants nearby with delicious food at very cheap prices.
