This is a wonderful BandB, which we can recommend to anyone visiting Gent, It is decorated with stylish antique furniture, and rooms and bathrooms are large, quiet, and very comfortable. Fresh and tasty breakfast is served in an equally charming room. All tourist attractions are within a pleasant 10 - 15 minutes walking distance. The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were fantastic, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and were incredibly friendly. The room was stunning, with lovely wooden furniture and a really traditional feel to it. Breakfast was very good. Sauna, sunbed and an antique bath were incredible and unexpected extras. Friendly staff; nice and clean bedroom; excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. Very convenient and close to town centre. It's a great building and a more than generous room.The hotel (BandB) is beautiful, which makes staying in it a great experience. Despite very cold temperatures outside, the room got warm very quickly. Cheching in in the evening may cause some delay.The breakfast room, on the other hand, was on the cold side. It is good to realise that the BandB is manned for check-in only til early evening. We arrived late and had to phone the owner to come and open up for us. The phone number was posted outside and the owner arrived quickly.
