  Staff was polite, room was clean, beds were comfortable - The hostel was literally opening the day to arrive so the owners were a bit rushed to ensure things were in place for our arrival but they were very friendly and apologised for the mess and rish of things. The hostel is very secure with card access only after hours. No internet access when we were there as it was being connected but the WiFi signal was good on the top floor so - This hostel is brand new - I had to take the price stickers off my cup & plate! FANTASTIC!!! Really great host, Tom, was friendly & helpful even though he was juggling temporary "teething" problems with cards & systems. Rooms are good size, well furnished, good bathroom, kitchen sink, fridge, & 2 burner stove, and good heating. I had planned to stay 1 night but extended to 3!

  The location in the heart of town, Mark was a great help taking my luggage up and down when check out. Very comfortable and I suggest it for a family of four. - Loved the location and the spacious layout of the flat. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Felt newly renovated.

The hotel reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly - a really charming women. You get a free welcome drink on arrival - a nice gesture. It's great to sit down with a beer after a long drive. We stay in the family room, and the bathroom was very big, clean and beautifull. The breakfeast is a litle bit expensive, but good, serve in a irish pub, very tradicional. It as a small gardénia índice of the hotel. We enjoy very much of the hotel. The girl from the recepcion is very kinde. Good restaurants, very quer and safe city. In Gante centrum, The Graislei restaurant is very good and te owner was excepcional.
