  I recently stayed in your hotel over the weekend of the 16/17th March. I was very impressed by the facilities and convenient location for the train station and market on Sunday. I was also impressed by one of your members of staff called Denise (who I believe is Dutch). She is a credit to your organisation and an example of great customer service. I work for East Coast trains in the UK. We pride - The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.

We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!! Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

  Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. The breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning -- delievered at your door are fresh croissants from local ba - The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.
