  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

  What a brilliant design/boutique hotel! The attention to detail was significant. The design was top dollar. The staff were great. Be Manos worked out that the secret to relieving you of you hard earned cash was to do it with a smile. Their restaurant is cool! - Be Manos was unlike any other hotel I had stayed in. The decor was fab, and the service was outstanding. We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we relaxed up there late at night with a glass of vino and remarked what a great hotel it would be for a swanky event. Highly highly recommend.

  I recently stayed in your hotel over the weekend of the 16/17th March. I was very impressed by the facilities and convenient location for the train station and market on Sunday. I was also impressed by one of your members of staff called Denise (who I believe is Dutch). We pride - The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.

  Beautiful rooms, very lovely friendly staff. Service was excellent, they could not do enough for you! We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!!
