  From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite. Location was walking distance to everything. The hotel was so good, we stayed an extra night. Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. It is not too much nor too little.It is amazing to know that we were taken care in every little way andstill feel it when we think back.
