  Ease of access; frendly staff, comfortable and very clean room, - Very comfortable hotel, with good size rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would certainly stay there again.

  Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja kaikki palvelut lähellä- kävelymatkan päässä. - My husband and I liked everything about the hotel.The location was perfect.Old town was few minutes of enjoyable strolling.Hop on Hop off grayline bus main station a few minutes away.Mirabell gardens also.Mozart's residence very close by.Many cafes and restaurants also ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » walking distance.There is an Italian restaurant under the hotel.Very good portions of food and gigantic pizza very nice atmosphere with reasonable prices.The hotel room was spacious,clean and the furniture was new.The bathroom wa - excellent, I would recom. this hotel to everybody who is going to Salzburg. Breakfast little overpriced, but again, You have a choice and You don't have to take it. I would chose this hotel again in my next visit. Little confusing when parking car, but no big deal, just something new for us. Thanks and hopefully see You soon. Staff was excellent, service unbelievable , everything so detailed and perfect. But after having been thereand experiencing first hand none of those negative comments applied. We experienced no noise. - The Star Hotel in Salzburg was brilliant! its location to the city,via a walk through a pedestrian tunnel puts you within a hundred metres of the main shopping area.Our room was spotlessly clean and although it overlooked the main road into the city we did not experience any roadnoise.The staff were always very polite and smiling(a rare commodity these days).

  The hotel is equipped with an elevator for convenience of baggage movement to the room. The connected guesthouse served an excellent dinner.
