  Simply furnished but clean a room with a large bathroom. Tasty breakfast. A balcony with a stunning views. Beautiful place, great owners with a cute dog. Nothing was a problem. - Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Hosts were a perfect mix of friendly and approachable but left you to your own devices. Rooms and breakfast all spot on.

Also we have experienced the Austria hospitality during our stay. The location was very good and the house was good as well. Ski bus stops just in 10 meters from the front door and in 10 minutes it is bringing you to both resorts (K - I like this family a lot. They are very friendly. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)
