Simply furnished but clean a room with a large bathroom. Tasty
breakfast. A balcony with a stunning views. Beautiful place, great
owners with a cute dog. Nothing was a problem. -
Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Hosts were a perfect mix of friendly
and approachable but left you to your own devices. Rooms and breakfast
all spot on.

Gerlinde was very very very kind. We like her smile and lught.
We felt we are home. She was checkin on us and making suggestions to go on town. Also we have experienced the Austria hospitality during our stay.
The location was very good and the house was good as well.
With this kind of welcoming and great co-operation we definitely
coming back

I liked everything in the pansion.
It is located in the center of Kaprun, all the shops and bars are just 2-3 minutes to walk.
The hosts are very hospitable and ready to help in every situation.
The pansion is extremely clean, the interior is new.
Beds with electronic tuning are very comfortable especialy for those who like winter sports.

I like this family a lot. They are very friendly. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)

I love everything in the hotel Employees of the hotel are very

Very tasteful allaround design, luxurious and modern interiors, quiet wellness area just for hotel guests, nice panorama pool with spectacular mountain views.

Excelent choice money vs quality.Best restaurant in Kaprun you'll find it here, and it has few good surprises for you aswell...The views are great, durring the sommer you can still see the snow on the highest peaks surrownding the area.
