  Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... mitä ihmiset sanovat » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March.   The hotel has a rather European feeling to it; the reception area and breakfast room are small and efficient, and our room was of adequate size but not large. The lift was not working when we arrived, but the staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, and they were unfailingly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. I had made a mistake with my booking and one of the duty managers allowed me to make a change to the booking that technically she did not have to. I wasmost appreciative and will certainly return.   Having stayed in other hotels during our travels in Australia and KL we have to say that this hotel completely met our needs regarding facililites in the appartment. It had more than adequate cooking facilites, dishwasher etc. This hotel has got it right. Excellent information guide. Cannot fault it really. Excellent Rec - The Quest Bondi Junction is in a great location, close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard with quality fittings and appliances , we had a good nights sleep in a very clean and comfortable bed. The reception staff, Jack and Zeina were polite, friendly and very helpful, we will be recommending this establishment to our family and friends.

  I usually stay here when I visit Sydney. It's right in the heart of the CBD and very cheap.
