The staff were fantastic, from check in to waitstaff at the restaurant. There was a slight problem with our booking and the staff were so obliging and helpful. The restaurant staff were really appropriate with our younger children.Really close to great food and shopping and park for kids. Would happily stay there again. -

We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

The Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were neat and facilities were good like the common kitchen and Wi-Fi. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to an executive room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst a little outdated in terms of decor, for the price I paid I am not complaining. I am not a fan of step into shower/bath situations but in this case the low height of the bath provided a much better safety factor than in most other hotels I have stayed at. The provision of an airport shuttle bus at only $6/person was very handy. The included breakfast was an added bonus which I did not expect
