Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.

The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

The highlight was on Sunday 4 August at noon where we picked up our luggage in the lobby and 1 staff approached us and offered whether we wanted a lift to the Airport. Don't be put off re lack of air con because the breeze off the ocean was great and kept the unit cool at all times. The units are spacious and well maintained. I loved every minute of my stay. This apartment hotel provided everything for a perfect beach holiday.The 2 bedroom apartment was nicely furnished and had a kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals.the location was perfect,directly on the beach, and a wonderful view from the balcony. The manager of the complex was very friendly and helpful. The whole building, apartment and the heated pool were very clean. Will definitely come again and can highly recommend.

My kids (ages 17,11 and 6) and I absolutely loved our stay. The pool was just divine! everything I had hoped for. Our apartment was lovely, spacious clean. We met lovely families, walked to the beach, just out the gate. We just loved it and cant wait to go back next year.
I asked the kids what was their favourite part of holiday? Dreamworld? No the pool at Grande Florida.
