  We were a couple with a infant. We were recommended to this hotel by a friend. It had cooking facilites we wanted for our baby. T also had Air conditioner, car parking and wi-fi which we look for where ever we go. The staff (receptionist- I assume she is the owner) was very friendly and helped us a lot to plan our sight seeing. Bed was very comfortable.Kitchen area very adequate. Good outdoor BBQ area. Location great - near the Esplanade, shops and airport.   Everything was Excellent. Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff. We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant. Plenty of parking. All staff fantastic including housekeeping who couldn't do enough to help. We only live 30 minutes from here and will make this - Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina. We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy. Easy to book on line. A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

  The location in Lamington National Park and excellent trails, informative signs and friendly birds made it a 'must see' place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We saved money by not booking the meal plan, but eating a large lunch in their nice cafe and taking out a wonderful, ample salad to eat for dinner. We also enjoyed a pizza up in the bar on our last night. - We booked last minute while traveling down the coast. The location is sensational and the view from our room was really great. We were travelling with our 2 year old son and a cot was made available to us without any problems. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. Dinner in the Restaurant was also very good. Lamington national Park is a beatiful place and while we only could see little in the 2 days we had we were quite amazed by the area.

  Staff were great, bathroom was very clean and modern, as we only stayed one night and had to leave early did not use the restaurant, maybe next time, free Wi-Fi worked great, is a must these days and will only stay at places offering it - Meals were fantastic and service was excellent.

Although on a main thoroughfare our room was toward the back of the hotel and noise was not a problem. Exceptionally friendly staff concluded an excellent stay!
