Refurbishments seem to be recent, and make the rooms very comfortable. Location is good and meets a number of purposes from my personal requirements as indicated in q 3. The Pool was brilliant. The room was kept tidy, lovely towels. The service was very good and friendly. Great location to visit other attractions in the area. Lovely staff, very clean, comfortable, and even though it was located on the main road, it was set back on a service road which meant no traffic noise.

Room clean. the room was spacious and clean. modern decor makes this room A place we would come back to. Friendly welcome, ease of check-in, very clean and up-to-date room inc decor and bathroom. Helpful in giving us information about where to eat and actually taking us to the venue. Nicely updated rooms. Plenty of counter space to put laptops and film equipment. proximity to the function we wanted to attend and the ease of finding the hotel. Modern and clean rooms, well designed. Very good for what you pay. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. close to the A1. Close to shops and food outlets. the staff were very friendly and obliging. Spacious with the right amenities, bed OK. Very Clean, well prepared, great showers. We were able to check in before lunch. Clean spacious comfortable motel. Old but clean and comfortable. Good comfortable stop over. Friendliness of the staff. Quietness of the location. very comfortable. Though the unit we had was a good size, was a little tired and rustic. Facility is clean and quite adequate as a place to stay for work. Bed was comfortable, nice modern bathroom. Location for Murray River cruise. TV. Updated bathroom, pool looked nice. The bed was comfortable. Good size room. Easy to locate. There wasn't enough outside furniture for guests. The division between the bed (two beds pushed together) wasn't comfortable. Recommend topper pad to eliminate this problem. No cooking facilities available only microwave. we are from Canada and miss the ice machines which are standard for us. the parking was not designated to the room so when we arrived back to the room after our evening out there was someone parked right outside our room. Toaster was included in the room, but no cutlery to toast/butter my english muffins for breakfast. nothing - if I had to think of something - directions to pool not well signed. No early checkout. the couldn't care less attitude i received from the desk male person when returning the room key on the Sunday morning. There were a bunch of drunks staying at the hotel that were a bit noisy and as the glass is not double glazed, we could hear hear them quite clearly. I don't think that this is necessarily the fault of the hotel though. Mattress a bit hard, perhaps a topper would rectify this?. No external key box at the office for depositing keys when leaving early. Traffic on Adelaide Road was a bit noisy. Fitting Magnetite window frames could be helpful. No microwave. we got there too late to see much(our fault). Airconditioner was not split system as shown in photos but was an old noisy above door type. No plates and cutlery for self provided breakfast. Having the toaster in the room was great, but could have one with a knife and a plate... Found the shower to be slippery when finished showing. I did not like that they had a sign out front advertising $80 rooms and yet rudely added $10 0n top of our bill which they had advertised as a budget best special at $99. If I had been asked I would have refused this extra amt. Though advertised as having kitchenette, and contained a toaster no plates or cutlery so not of any use. Staff at Reception are not very welcoming and make you feel that you are an inconvenience. Blue light from TV in my face all night. found it hard to sleep. Quilt was wrapped up with 2 sheets? bit strange.. There was mp lighting in the pool area for a late dip, so we were swimming in the dark (8.30pm) If there is a switch to turn the lights on we couldnt find it. Air conditioning unit VERY loud. Booked about 5 weeks prior but were in a roadside room. Sign advertising heated pool shoud specify solar heated. Mould in bathroom. No microwave to make a decent hot drink. Reception not very friendly. I asked for fresh milk and received more long life milk (which we hate) Couldn't drink the tea and coffee. The room we were in was a premium queen on the main road, noisy aircondtioning ,very tired and bad lighting huge puddle of water on road which made it very difficult to get things out of the boot of the car. One of the most indifferent reception persons I ever encountered. Doors noisey in the wind. The whole place needed a makeover. The bathroom walls and ceiling were covered in mold. The shower was pathetic. - Very dated and drab furnishings for a "premier room". - Both bedside lamps were faulty. - Air cond very noisy. - Poor drainage after rain had to walk through puddles & mud in front of room to unload car. - Both receptionists evening and morning were less than helpful. - Traffic noise disturbing (room faced the Highway). Poor information about breakfast. Not told we should purchase by 20.00 night before. WiFi at 5 AUD for 1 hour a total rip off. Room a "premium renovated" may have been sometime but not recently in my opinion. It certainly was the worst hotel I came across in my 3 week tour around South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.
