Everything! The unit was a great size for 4 people and it was so clean. The location was perfect for everywhere and the manager couldn't be more helpful. We were that impressed with the unit we immediately called the manager to ask to stay another night. These units are such great value for money and I will definately stay again. I will recommend this place to everyone.
That the unit was within walking distance to the beach and the kids also loved the pool.
The unit was clean and comfortable.

I was happy with the area that it was in , quite and comfortable. A lot of the furniture was brand new and clean, the rooms have not long been renovated as well.
As a family we liked the fact that it was close to the beach and also a short drive to do some shopping. And the kids loved the pool.
We only stayed overnight, but the accomodation was fine and the town was lovely even though the weather was ordinary.
The lady we dealt with was amazing. Very accommodating. Fabulous service.

We stayed in the large two bedroom upstairs apartment that was fairly clean and fairly comfortable.
Nothing!.
No one at the office to let you know where your room was you had to ring or find someone. Unable to get a receipt for your stay and no one around if there was a emergancy in the building. It is in a area a little to far from town and a lot of the food outlets, you need a car to get to them.
Depending on the amount of people staying in the unit there wasn't enough plates or cups or bowls. Also the fact of having children maybe would be advisable to have some more plastic bowl and cups.
Our stay was too short.
I didn't like the fact that we didn't get to meet any of the staff as they weren't there, we had to call them to let them know we arrived and when we were leaving. And there was no Austar available :(.
disappointed to be charged an additional $30 for my 2 yr old for 2 nights stay. we still had to provide our own bedding and towels despite the extra charge.
The small step up into the kitchen from the dining area in unit 8 was a bit of a hazard.
Like us the apartment could best be described as mature! However, unlike us everything did not work. Needs the expenditure of a week's rent: $750 on a new upright stove that works, $200 on a communal BBQ and $50 on cockroach baits!.
