The location is perfect, across the road is the beach. We stayed here only one night on our way to Brisbane, but Coffs Harbour, the beach and this hotel seemed very nice too us. No complaints about the room, clean, big. We'd stay here for a longer holiday as well. Perfect for a one night stay whilst traveling. Clean, neat with plenty of room and all the facilities we needed for traveling with a small infant. Would highly recommend!!.

It is a great 3 star place at a good price. The location was good and having a supply of kitchen utensils was a bonus. Lovely cafe next door. Great view/access of pool for young kids. Staff were nice. Room was nice loved the back balcony. was very close to the eisteddfod the we were attending. Very nice stay. Close to beach. Value for money. Nice price, close to beach & town. Location & pool. The views. We stayed in a single motel room, not a family room.The motel was close to the beach , shopping & hotel & club. The manager was very helpful. Rooms were clean enough - ok for an overnight stay .. Would be happy to stay again on a short visit.. Convenient location, close to the beach and hotel. easy access to beach and town of Coffs Harbour. Close to beach. Only spent 2 nights. nothing. The way you have to pay extra to clean your dishes etc, the room is paid for so that should all be included in what the price was. In need of update eg: fresh paint job,new bed covers , steam clean carpets and a small sink near the barbecue area. unit a bit too small, no bedside lamps. The motel was very old & in need of a facelift but was very very clean.The pool was nice, but the rest needed to be upgraded. Bathroom needs a paint and a bit of love. Cockroaches, lots of them. There is a hotel across the road for meals but it also has very loud rock comcerts regularily which run for hours,with very noisy drunk teens yelling and screaming. The owners were unhelpful when we raised issues of noise level and unable to sleep. The Motel is showing it's age and faicilties are very average. Jenny Melbourne Australia. Very Noisy at night.
