The price was excellent because the quality of the apartment was excellent and I was told by a staff member the next morning that the apartment we stayed in was to be refurbished. we loved it the way it was. plenty of space.Very clean and set out well. would definately stay there again. We liked the location, the rooms, the facilities, the TV and TV reception, the pool table and games room. We also liked the pictures on the wall etc. Out of curiosity was the Ken Done painting in the master bedroom an original?.
kaikki arvostelut » The service and facilities were excellent. Staff were lovely and compassionate to my reason for staying, (hospitalisation of partner). Couldn't recommend this place high enough. Definitely will be staying here again next year. The apartment was large. The courtyard leading to the apartment was clean and tidy. Washing machine is included as well as a clothes line outside for drying (and coin operated dryers provided if you wish). We stayed twice, it was clean and convenient and well-appointed. In the one bedroom apartment, we could have the kids on a sofa bed in the living room and still watch television in the bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful...was able to check in early after a really really long trip...lots of power points to charge stuff...nice and quiet at night...felt very safe in the complex. Question not clear as to exactly what it relates to but in relation to the appartment - pleasant, private, spacious appartment and friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean, luxurious 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities were great. Friendly, helpful staff. En suite and second bathroom. Undercover parkiNg. Good after hours service.... the only problem we found was shower is very low and we are a reasonably tall family. when we entered the apartment we noticed that ants had entered before us, in which I had to kill then remove. Thanks for providing the bug spray. It would also be good if we were provided with pegs and disinfectant spray. People upstairs were fairly noisy but that is no fault of the Alice on Todd. The bed was not comfortable enough for us. There were showers instead of baths, but that is probably to be expected in most places like this. Not didn't like...just something to think about...full length mirror or at least one that a vertically challenged, short sighted person who needs to put on make up could use. Little too far from town centre. Bike hire option would have been great. n/a. Stairs going up to apartment looked a bit shabby and some of the fittings (e.g. shelving in wardrobe) also looked a bit worn out. Modern bathroom has no showerscreens - a modern idea I know, however water naturally goes across more of the floor. Pool was cold. A bit more attention to detail in rooms would be good (eg, lino floor surface in need of an update, bed castors need cups to stop it rolling around, lighting a bit dim etc). Generally minor things , but would get good return for small investment. I thought the security on the doors can be improved. Alice Springs has bad public transport. about 30 min walking to city center. No restaurants in safe walking distance. Poor lighting. Left my bread knife behinf with a woodn handle would b nice to get it back. Aparmtmentt walk in shower resulted in a wet bathroom. When we returned for a second night the room was not as clean and well maintained and the air con didn't work efficiently, giving us rather an uncomfortable night. Still waiting for emailed receipt as we left early in morning. The floor left the bottom of my feet and the top of my crawling child's feet and hands black. The noise from upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants were in the room.
