  Affordable, clean, conviently located near downtown, near Centurylink Field and large shopping mall and university. Cab rides readily available for "flat rate" fee $20 to Centurylink field for hassle free transportation to our event. Great breakfast in the morning that serves until 10am.   The motel has different sections grouped around a small office. One section is around a court yard with parking space and another section is along Alaska road. The rooms around the court yard are relatively quiet, Alaska road is busy. The room was somewhat small but OK. The bathroom was nice and clean. Free Wifi worked well and had sufficient - The staff was friendly and very accomodating. Continental breakfast included fresh fruit and greek yogurt which made me happy. The rates were high but lower than those of hotels closer to downtown Seattle. We parked our car most of the time and took public transportation to Pike Place Market, to the ferry terminal for a trip to Bainbridge Island, and to the Chittenden Locks and Carl English Botanical Gardens.
