Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

The gym was one of the best non-resort hotel gyms I've used.

The staff throughout was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. I am living in Seattle for 4 months for a bone marrow transplant and this was a special weekend adventure for me. After checking in, Erin at the front desk had a lovely cheese/fruit tray with gift cards delivered to the room. Above and beyond and was so very,much appreciated! :) I would highly recommend the W Seattle!

The hotel has lots of charm and the rooms are very spacious. Also the staff were very friendly. The complimentary wine evenings are great and the adjoing Cafe Lladro serves great coffees and cakes. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. - The hotel was lovely, the staff extremely helpful.

Well-run hotel with strong and friendly service and a great location near Pike's Market and all downtown attractions. Lux Suite with 2 separate sleeping areas separated by french doors was good for our family of four. Great restaurant choices within one block including Cafe Lola in the lobby.

We really enjoyed the feel of this hotel~it had a 1920's elegance. Down to the fine details of the room with an actual coffee press instead of the standard Mr. Coffee. It reminded us of the "Tower of Terror" ride in Disneyland!.... -

Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure.
The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing). Good location, walking distance from a lot of sights. -

If you've found this hotel, just book it! Excellent hotel with a wonderful feeling mixing the history with a modern and glamorous feel. Very well presented rooms that were extremely clean, super comfortable beds, excellent restaurant worth dining at a few times and a wonderful casual bar (known for the cocktails). You cannot beat this location - the train to the airport stops close, all shops.

We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm. The Sorrento was very charming in an old world way. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge.
The bed was really comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. It is a really great romantic hotel

Most everything was positive. Comfort, location, staff were all great.
Breakfast service was timely and delicious. - Loved the deck. We chose not to run around sight seeing and instead spent several hours just watching the harbor goings on, Mr. Ranier and the Olympic Mountains. It was memorable.
