Really lovely historic property on beautiful grounds, a short drive from the Lee town center. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms - really vary in size, but the public areas more than compensate for the smaller rooms if you get one. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, hosts are friendly and helpful. -

I loved this hotel, friendly helpful, staff, room and bathroom well equipped, light and airy, tasteful furnishings. Fab comfy bed, good breakfast. Loved veranda with plenty of chairs to sit and look at the ocean. Only stayed one night due to touring area but could happily stay for a week!!

The views of downtown Boston from the B&B are fabulous. The location
is great - close to the t stop making Boston very accessible and near a

The owners, Maggie and Joey, were very personable and accomodating as we
have 2 young children (ages 2 and 4). -
Lovely old property in a very pretty spot, accessible by public
transport from Boston ( the bus drops you off right outside). The view
is also stunning. Magpie is a wonderful host, attentive without being
overbearing and the food is excellent. She is also very good at giving
full and detailed information on how to get to the B&B in advance. I
would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The renovation was A+, Im a designer so Im sensitive to design and layout and flow. It was grand but the price point wasn't, that rarely happens. We had a matvelous breakfast outside on the terrace we did not have dinner I would next time. We will def return. It was quiet
