We stayed there for 2 nights. It was a great experience. We felt this hotel has a very special athmosphere.
At our arrival the hotel owners came out of the hotel to welcome us and to help us to park our car (it is bit less space to park the car right at the hotel, but this wasn't really an issue)
The Benchmark Inn is a small hotel with just a few rooms. Everything was clean. The room has a lot little extras.

The owners are wonderful, friendly and always working hard to make our stay relaxing. The coffee, fresh baked scones and other breakfast treats were the perfect way to start the day while lounging under the umbrella in the morning. We'd fly half way around the world (and have twice) to stay at the Bayberry.

I loved this hotel, friendly helpful, staff, room and bathroom well equipped, light and airy, tasteful furnishings. Fab comfy bed, good breakfast. Loved veranda with plenty of chairs to sit and look at the ocean. Only stayed one night due to touring area but could happily stay for a week!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Foxberry Inn. The rooms were extremely clean. You couldn't ask for a nicer hotel staff. And the complimentary breakfasts, snacks, fruit and cookies were an amazing touch. They really know how to do things right. I highly recommend the Inn to anyone traveling to Provincetown. The location being just a mile from town really is an added bonus as well. It allows you to go into the P-town crowds when you want to and out of it when you just want to

The room was very clean. I love the idea that the Duvet Cover was washed. We had problems with the room cooling and we were offered another room right away. Brad was very helpful. They are going through the trouble of mailing my forgotten phone charger and my sons left behind Nike running shoe. Will return for sure :) -

Overall, the Inn was very suitable for our visit of three nights. The breakfasts each morning were wonderful with excellent service. Our room was very quiet and clean. We walked several times to AK Diamond to eat supper and enjoyed the food. Pricing was reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed biking and seeing the Nantuckt architecture in the homes

I loved the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful, helping us understand the train routes. The shuttle service was excellent, always on time. It was close to the airport, the shuttle picks you up, drops you off. The shuttle also works to take you to a local target and/or to the closest metro station. The room was pretty large, the hotel also has a laundromat (besides the regular laundry service for hotel prices) which you have to pay for 1,5$ for washer and 1,5$ for dryer. But I did appreciate it and did my own laundry -- it was cheaper than have it done at the regular hotel laundry service.

Great suite, Breakfast buffet well organized and lots of options
(would have liked some cheese or meat though). Nice Indoor swimming pool. Great location:15 minutes from downtown including walking to subway station, 5 minutes walk from/to car rental facility with 9 major companies, 5 minutes from airport terminals with hotel shuttle and no noise from airport.
