  We arrived and were given a studio. This was not the room we looked at online. The room we looked at online said there was a sleeper sofa in the room, however, ithere was only a couch in the studio. This was accomplished and our stay at the hotel was very good. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very spacious and clean. Highly recommend as a great place to stay as well as a good value.

We used the shuttle service to the airport to get to the CTA blue line to access the whole Chicago area. Drivers were punctual and courteous.
