  We arrived and were given a studio. This was not the room we looked at online. The room we looked at online said there was a sleeper sofa in the room, however, ithere was only a couch in the studio. We went to the front desk and the attendant there was very polite very considerate and told us that th hotel was full Saturday night but she woul... что говорят » d immediately move us Sunday to a king suite that had a couch bed. This was accomplished and our stay at the hotel was very good. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very spacious and clean. Highly recommend as a great place to stay as well as a good value.

  I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles.
