All of the staff were very friendly. On the morning I left it was
drizzling rain outside and they had several umbrellas by the door for

Very nice decor, comfortable bed, clean & updated bathrooms, breakfast was decent and hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of local area. -

The staff was fabulous and extremely accomodating. Whatever we wanted or needed they made sure we had it with a freindly smile. Kudos to John the evening manager, he was wonderful as was the woman who was incharge of breakfast. She personally made me a gluten free breakfast. -

The innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they gave us names of good places to eat and visit plus allowing us to check in one hour early. We thoroughly enjoyed the European flavor as reflected in the structural design of this hotel and the operational style which made us really fell like at home. We have become friends with the owner and will always stay at this hotel when the next time we visit Eureka Springs.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but very simple. You had your eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, a few pastries and cereal. It was satisfactory. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the facility. Indoor pool was nice and the hotel is located near plenty of good eating and basic shopping. -

This was the first time my wife and I had stayed at Simmons Suites, and we enjoyed the whole experience. Easy to get to off of Exit 88, it was clean, somewhat upscale for the price we paid for the room, and it was a very good overall experience. The breakfast was good and included hot fresh foods.
