  All of the staff were very friendly. On the morning I left it was drizzling rain outside and they had several umbrellas by the door for our use.   The innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they gave us names of good places to eat and visit plus allowing us to check in one hour early.   I liked that it was very affordable and quiet place to stay in a neighborhood that didn't make me nervous. The room had everything we needed.   This was the first time my wife and I had stayed at Simmons Suites, and we enjoyed the whole experience. Easy to get to off of Exit 88, it was clean, somewhat upscale for the price we paid for the room, and it was a very good overall experience. The breakfast was good and included hot fresh foods.
