The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very modern, the rooms have brand
new furniture. The staff is very friendly and they pay a lot of
attention to detail. The rooms and facilities are very clean and
perfectly maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel and go back
there anytime. The beach is great and the pool area is exquisite. The
hotel is very close to Ocean Drive.

cuando estuve en el hotel hace un año la atencion fue excelente asi como el desayuno, por lo que leo, me parece que ha cambiado, pensaba regresar este año de paseo y hospedarme nuevamente alli, por favor confirmar si el desayuno es pobre, anteriormente era bufett, espero siga igual - we had a completly updated room, nice tv, excellent huge bed. fr

- Excellent location. Next to the beach, shopping, nightlife.
- Very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.
- Good Price.
- Helpfull employees (one of our cards didn't open the door, it was changed very fast; I was thirst at 3am, and they got me water - there wasn't room service)

The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.
