The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading. The bathroom needed changing the toilet 1 cm from the door and should be moved to another wall. -

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. - Very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.

The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.
