I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -

The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our
room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were
dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked
if we could have a few extra coffee pods. The women were so kind an

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.
The express check-out service was brilliant!

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -

The friendly and professional manner in which Letitia handled my
complaints regarding the poor breakfast experiences received by your sub
contractor tgif. Three day in a row, not funny starting your day with

- We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost because it was a
smoking suite.
- After checking out, we needed to use wi-fi to contact home and couldn't find any. We went back to the hotel on the offchance we could use theirs and were promptly given the wi-fi password by a lovely member of staff.
- The suite was gorgeous.
- We needed extra time to pack in the morning and requested a later check-out time, which was granted.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was top notch and super helpful our entire stay. Loved the nice pool and the great breakfast. Overall A wonderful place to stay.

I booked the hotel on-line expecting it to be a "value" room. Much to my surprise the room was about 2 steps up from value. The suite had a nice layout. The added full kitchen was a huge plus. You could cook a meal as soon as you walked through the door because the kitchen was equipped with all the neccesary dishes, towels etc.. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. La habitacion doble que reserve con kitchen era amplia, y fue tal y como
lucian en las fotos que vi antes de reservar. Siempre habia espacio
disponible en el estacionamiento. Recomendable para estadias largas y
con planes de prepararse el desayuno o alguna merienda.

The A/C worked fine, the beds were comfortable, good housekeeping, a variety of channels to watch on TV (even though I could not find the A/V selection) and the cooler worked and kept the drinks very cold. -
